Meet the two doctors behind the DPC Mindset movement.
Dr. Deepti Mundkur is a UCSF-trained, board certified internal medicine physician and the founder of MyHappyDoctor, where she delivers personalized, holistic care and proves every day that medicine can feel joyful again. She is also a conference speaker, writer, and watercolorist who brings creativity into everything she touches.
Dr. Maryal Concepcion is a rural family physician, co-owner of Big Trees MD in the Sierra Nevada foothills, and the founder and host of My DPC Story, the leading media platform for the Direct Primary Care community with more than 300 physician interviews to her name.
Together they share one conviction: that the way a physician thinks shapes everything downstream, from the exam room to the community to the life they get to build. Through DPC Mindset, they are inviting physicians to trade burnout for freedom, and to rediscover the joy that brought them to medicine in the first place.
